Hypertension and nephrotic syndrome
Our doctor prescribed us losartan 50mg previously pt is on telmisartan 40+amlodipine 5mg. Is losartan more effective in controlling proteinuria in nephrotic syndrome than telmisartan? Is it safe to use losartan keeping in mind serum potassium need to be monitored?
