Earlier my Blood Pressure was 140/80 after taking Himalaya Arguna for 1 week my Blood Pressure come down to 110/70...should i stop the medicine or i will continue... Or i have to take himalaya arguna for life time please reply Doctor please give brief answer

Since this is an Ayurvedic tablet, its constituents  their side effects are not known. Mainly it acts upon opening the coronaries, more than lowering BP. I would suggest you to keep a track upon BP and Cholesterol with this tablet. You can take this for 2 weeks. And then once you leave, track your vitals. Seconsly, while you are taking this tablet, avoid taking any other allopathic medicine together, as we cannot predict the drug interactions. So the rule is one at a time.  Either allopath or ayurveda.
