Facing high bp I had bp 170/100. After taking medicine my bp falls down but it not become normal its between 130/80 to 140/90. I started walking and yoga.. I have thyroid problem also it is 6.85 but I am not taking medicine for that..I have acidity lower abdomen lower back and pelvic pain. Inconsistency in urine sometimes frequent urination and sometime less urination.i have done test but it was all normal. I am on medication for last 7 days. I am a working women I don't want to take medicine for whole life.. my doctor has told me that I have to medicine till my bp is 110/70..
