Hypertension high bp
I have high bp which is190/120 and severe side pain both side of forehead eye irritation and pain in fingers what should i do and which mdcn i should eat please help.

Looking at ur age its quite higher BP reading. I will recommend tb.Telma-Am 40/5mg in the morning and tb.Natrilix Sr 1.5mg in the afternoon..check ur BP twice daily.. if it comes to normal then ok otherwise consult me online i will guide u futher
Next Steps
Avoid extra salt and oily food in diet. Do regular aerobics at least 30min . take plenty of fluids and fruits.
