I am 31 years of age and suffering from Hypertension issue from last 6 months. I am taking allopathic medicine and now my BP is around 130/90 but want to look for alternate medicine as allopathic has lot of side effects

If you are suffering from significant hypertension then I would advise not to discontinue your allopathic medications. In addition you may add ayurvedic treatment for better results and to overcome any side effects.

So better get searched out for the basic underlying cause by consulting.

Hypertension can be treated well by Ayurveda medicine & with some panchakarma procedure . You do shirodhara - Ayurveda panchakarma & also take ayurvedic medicine for effective control of hypertension. As you are very young 31yrs old only so alternative medicine will be safer for longer duration.

what is the basic reason of hypertension? is this because of your job stess or lipid profile is increased? WE Iin ayurveda have very fine management of hypertension. You should go for PANCHKARMA as well as ORAL medication
