Hypertension
I am suffering with hypertension. I don't know how??? Once i check my BP for medical fitness to enroll in BSF and they rejected me due to high BP. That day I came to know that I could never join the army. At that time i was 22...snow i am 34 and a govt teacher...still i am suffering with this. I check my bp on regular basis...and its between 95/135 to 110/155.. M not taking any medicine , doing only exercises and having proper diet...dats it... Never feel head ache or any symptoms...i hve no problem with this(high bp)..so suggest me i get some treatment or let it go on...

Yes u require  treatment  for  your  BP . BP is a silent killer  . U may not have  symptoms  until  you  develop  some  complications  . Please  please  take proper  medication.

You need to get medicines for this BP even if you don’t have any symptoms. This BP level is unacceptable. You need lifelong medications. Consult online directly for the same
