I am taking medication "Espin 2.5" since 1.5 months as per doctor's advise. (My blood pressure was 145-95 before medication). Yet, even after medication for 1.5 months, my blood pressure is not coming to normal range. Twice a week, I check my blood pressure at home through Omron digital device. It is around 130-90 still. I am following proper diet and 50% sodium in food. Also, i do exercise 45mintues a day. (Walking and also 288 stairs climbing). I lost 7kg since 1.5 month and now my weight is 79kg. My age 47/male, no other medications. Please advise how many days it takes for normal range. What should be done further.

You are doing very well on your regime and diet.130/80mm hg is considered normal blood pressure. Next step is to monitor your BP regularly and screen for complications of high BP.
You can consult me for yests to screen hypertensive complications.
Thanks
Improvement is slow but good
You need detailed discussion with doctor to increase dose or change of medicine but gradual decrease in bp good rather sudden decrease
Don't worry you blood pressure is ok. Continue medication and measure blood pressure regularly.

130/90 is quite ok at present as you are not having any other medical problems and following healthy lifestyle.i would recommend continue same regime for few more months and still if your lower BP is not coming to say 80 then doses can be increased with monitoring and consultation with your physician
