Hyperthyroidism and PCOS together
Doctor I want to consult whether a person can have both the problems together in case of irregular periods nd if yes , kindly advice me medicine for hyperthyroidism

Yes it is possible, take tab anti-thyrox 5 mg morning and night after food for 3 months,and after that repeat thyroid profile

For hyperthyroidism you will have to consult an endocrinologist. For the other components of  PCOS part I will give u medication. But few more test r necessary. They r serum prolactin, HBA1C, fasting and PP sugars, Haemogram.,and details of USG report. PCOS is polycystic ovarian syndrome in which there occurs imbalance in various endocrine hormone secretion whose level r important for ovulation and subsequent menses .

You need to tell your body weight and if you were on eltroxin 2 weeks back
Next Steps
If you are average weight start Tablet Neomercazole 5 mg twice a day for 4 weeks and check if the TSH comes within 2-3 range
