My thyroid is not coming to normal , I am 25years old 51kg taking 100mcg thyrorich , my TSH was 27 last month and 16 last week , I need suggestions and help to get my TSH normal

TSH takes time to stabilize. You need not check it so frequently. Test it after 6 weeks on stable dose of thyroxin
