Hello practo user I can understand the difficult situation you are currently facing in your life right now . The symptoms are indicative of anxiety disorders related to your health. It is suggestible that you try and avoid searching your symptoms online as the information is very vast and not all is considered reliable. You can try and maintain a diary in which you write the symptoms you feel you are developing and then rationally try and see if it's true or not. You can also go for regular exercise as it is improves your overall mental and physical health . It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for a proper diagnosis and treatment through regular counseling sessions . You can also get in touch with me through the practo app .
Next Steps
consult a clinical psychologist
Health Tips
regular exercise, maintain thought diary
