Hypoechoic epididymis on both testis
Hello sir I had lump on lower part of both testis , did 2 ultrasound , and remark says hypoechoic epididymis (left >right) , what does it means? Is it cancer sir?please help sir

It is less likely to be a cancer. It can be epididymal cyst. Better to know associated symptoms. USG report needs to be seen in detail. Need to get important inputs through history and investigation to differentiate between infective pathology and neoplasm. Further line of treatment will depend on it.

It definitely doesn't mean cancer.it might be a epididymal cyst or sebaceous cyst.
Next Steps
if it is causing any pain or discomfort u can get it removed surgically
