Hypoglycemia and PCOD
As doctors say PCOD is prone to diabetes so eat less sugar henceforth I eat sugar but in less quantity. I had myself tested my Blood sugar level in report it came 68 mg/dL. What should I do?

Yes that is true patients with pcos are at high risk to develop diabetes. So ur report sugars it’s low. If u don’t have any symptoms of low sugars like sweating tiredness or palpitations nothing to worry. Need to check in lab once FBS PPBS HBA1c in lab once. And have small frequent meals.
