Hypoglycemia
When my blood sugar levels go down, I don't come to know what I am doing & how I am behaving. Please tell me how can you help me? I am Diabetic since last 6 years and on inj glargine 12 units in morning before food & inj.aspart 5-6 units before food in morning and afternoon.

That means there are episodes of hypoglycemia. Factors u must take care of
1. At wat particular time u have symptoms so that u can find if we can reduce insulin dose of particular time.
2. As u are taking glargine, which is a long lasting insulin, we can change the type of insulin for bettrr result.
3. Please see that u eat in regular intervals and no big gap between meals.
