Hypogonadism&Azoospermia
Hi,
I'm diagnosed with hypogonadism and went for surgery for nasal endoscopic surgery for removal of tumor near pituitary gland in Nov 2012. After 2 months, I have gone for radiation therapy. After I have been under medication with Thyronorm 100mcg Tab and Testoviron Inj biweekly once. After many tests, T4 and Testosterone, now almost in limits. Now I'm married 10 months back and I like to have children. For this I have been taking Fertigyn HP 2000iu Inj from past 6 months as per my doctor's advise. Apart from the injection, I'm continuing Tab. 3 months back i have taken semen analysis, i have found azoospermia. My doctor told to continue the same for another 3 months. But no result of pregnancy in my wife.
I need help by advising tablets/injections/any other medications.

Treatment for azoospermia is different kind, u have to take 45 days medications and then get ur semen analysis test report done and if the sperm count increase, then there will be a treatment for another 3-4 months... U will be alright completely
