Total Triodothyronine(T3) is 126ng/ml and Total Thyroxine(T4) is 10.51mcg/dl and TSH us 0.0031 it is normal or not or i need to take tablet for this level pls clarify my doubt

Looks like hyperthyroidism. You need to consult an Endocrinologist for evaluation
