I m suffering from this problem for 5 yrs.As per my doctors advice i have started to do exercise regularly but now i m experiencing a major amount of hair fall,and skin i turning dull and black .what should i do to control my hair-fall? i m taking extra care about my food also but improvement at all only thing happening is hair fall .so pls do help me

Check if TSH is in normal range ? Do not miss your levothyroxine dose. Diet and exercise to loose weight will surely help. You can consult any diabetolologist to start any insulin sensitizers or weight loss medication if you are obese. Hair fall could be due to several other reasons as well like stress. Consult any dermatologist if hairfall is very severe
