My first diagnosed thyroid was 10.35, TSH I was taking thyronorm 50mcg then my TSH gone down to 0.206 so taking 25mcg but now my TSH shows 6.25 ...what dose/mcg should I take now?

taking 50 it was low, 25 its slightly high...
means you have to go between dose
before that :
1. See are you taking regularly (complaince)
2. Have you taking it in empty stomach and giving gap for 30 minutes before having food / tea coffee
3. Are you taking any medicines in the morning with throxine
4. Are you having any jeera water , lemon waternin the morning
