Hypothyroid
Tsh is around 5.9 and T3 is 1 n T4 Is 7, i dont want to take medicine for life time. Is this thyroid hormone can be corrected with ayurvedic medicines taken for few months

Please continue on thyroxine tablets. Ayurveda can be of help only upto a certain extent. Avoiding thyroxine can result in weight gain and generalised swelling of body and face. It is also dangerous to avoid thyroxine, if you are married and planning for a baby. Please give full medical reports to evaluate possibility of Ayurveda in your case.

Hello.......hypothyroidism is due to decreased thyroxin harmone. It s commonly associated with weight gain and irregular period..... One need to take medications regularly.. Its long term problem..you should limit their intake of broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage,cauliflower, , turnips,......
