Hypothyroidism
60yr obese no hypotensive male K/c/o hypothyroidism since 7-8 yrs.he was on thyroxin 50mcg , but due to symptoms (lethargy, weight gain, sleppiness in day time,pedal edema)& increased TSH level. He was switched to  75 mcg since 2 month. Now he is feeling chest pain radiating to left arm around ulnar boarder. Dryness of mouth & skin, Pigmentation patch over tibial shin , Should he use 75mcg now or shift to 50mcg ??

Hello, chest pain radiating to left arm needs to be evaluated. Also appears to have aggravation of hypothyroid symptoms

Should go to nearest hospital at the earliest. These tests need to be done Ecg, Echo Serum electrolytes Thyroid profile Rbs Cbc
