I have recently two months ago diagnosed with thyroiditis and have under active thyroid . Today's CBC report show heamoglobin 12.6 and RBC count of 4.4. Does thyroid dysfunction cause low count in RBC. I also take BP medications .

Yes long term hypothyrodisum can cause low haemoglobin not specifically low RBC. So once thyroid is maintained the all blood parameters will become normal.
