I am Thyronorm 50 and TSH is 3.2. even though my TSH is under control I feel lethargic. Even when I am doing workout feel tired easily and seems to have no further interest to continue. Also I walk min 5 kms everyday and eat healthy take Multivitamin. Still terribly feel lethargic. Please suggest

As the thyroid report is normal and ur complaints are not related to thyroid. So to find out any other reason need to do routine blood test to find out any other reason.
