As my tsh levels were coming normal in past 4-5 tests. since 1  year i have not taken thyronorm but tsh is below 4 only.but my hba1c is above 6 since last 1 year. What should be done.i am planning to getting married this year. More over, my mom is having hypothyroidism and diabetes.

Hello your TSH is normal off 2 year thyronorm so likely u may not need again thyroid supplements if no other significant history or symptoms.. just require monitoring of TSH... But your Hb1Ac is definitely in Prediabetes range.. Need to get at least on diabetic diet and exercise to cut 4 - 5 kg at least..get your FBS and PLBS also... Consult endocrinologist..u can consult online..
