Hypothyroidism and weakness
My age is 28, I hv hyporthyroid since 2008 and now having 125mcg of Eltroxin. I got married in Nov 2016. I had Vitamin D deficiency in 2015 and still hv insufficient levels of it. Getting tired, gone through more stress before wedding which is considerably reduced now, but still not in normal mode, Always worrying about something which i want to change but couldnot. I hv gained 6 kg of weight since wedding and now it is 2 more, inspite of diet and workout. Tablets consumed now - Eltroxin - 125 mcg, Normoz (2 times a day), Fesovit (once a day), DVion Pearls 60k (once a month). How to stop weight gain, reduce weight and stay healthy

Your dose of Eltroxin seems to be slightly less ,Get your TSH checked fresh, and may need to increase the dose;For Vit.D take Tab.Uprise -D3 60 k every week ;Get your Vit D level tested;Take some Vit.B12 also,Cap.Enterogermina 1 cap daily for 1 month,And Iron cap as you are taking; Eat lots of salad 20 mts before a principal meal;Increase protein and decrease carb inttake ,Avoid oily fatty and spicy food ,try boiled and steamed and yogurt from double toned milk,;Avoid direct sugar, and highly sweet fruits like Mango,grapes ,water-melon etc. BRISK walk 30-40 mts per day CALL me 98 11 0 31 656
