Hypothyroidism effect on me and my child
I have hypothyroidism from 2 years. At the third month of pregnancy I checked my TSH level, was 6mg/ul. Before this I have been taking 50 mcg thyronorm. After this my doctor advice me to take 50mcg tablet for Monday to Friday and 100mcg for Saturday and Sunday. After that I checked my TSH at 5th month and 6 the month were 3.58 and 2.52 mg/ul. Now it's my 8th month and my TSH level increased at 6mg/ul. Now I take 75 mg/ul thyronorm. I want to ask that there is any prob with me and my foetus ?

75 seems to adequate ,if you are taking it daily. High tsh can have bad effect on baby hence need to maintain the level within normal range. Two month after pregnancy get FT3 ft4 and tsh done, hopefully you will return to 50 mcg dose as you were taking previously.
