Whenever i sleep i get dreams irrespective to the time whether it is morning afternoon or night .sometimes i experience my body in paralysis condition . don't Know whether it is normal and need for consultation.pls help me out .i feel frightened by all such experiences

I would suggest you to practice meditation and try and put away any thoughts before you go to sleep. Also you might be over thinking and having lot of inner dialogues which is hampering your sleep cycle. So keep note of sleep pattern. Namely
Sleep hour
Was there difficulty getting sleep
What were your thoughts before you went to sleep.
Dreams of any... what kind of dream was it.
