I always feel tired
I broke up with my bf and I was so damn sad and after a week I always feel tired I just wanna sleep, I had 6 canker sore and my side jaw was hurt. My eyes are heavy, and does have black circle and I feel dizzy too. Idk what's happening :/ help me

Neither do i.
So.it would be better if you got yourself Checked out.
You can try taking tab. Health OK once a day after food for a month.
If it still persists, you need medical attention.
