I always stay angry and irreted
I use to get very angry in small things... And have no control in me... Please help me out. When anyone ask me a question twice or trice I use to start shouting on him or her use profanity and try to hurt him or her as much I can by word. When I'm hungry it's happen most. And as I do night shift always I hv some stomach issues is that is the reason of my irritation? Please help me becoming unsocial day to day.
