I am 24, having wrist pain
I have pain in my left wrist since 7-8 years... I don't feel any difficulty while doing some work with left hand .. it only hurts when someone press it too hard or when my hand get hit by something. I get done the digital X-ray of my hand in two positions but nothing came in the X ray...sometimes I feel there in something under the circle portion of the wrist

This pain could be because of wrist ganglion. Consult with a orthopaedic surgeon

There is a possibility of local tendinopathy around the wrist region which may cause this type of pain..
Next Steps
You can start with hot fomentation locally around wrist, take analgesic tablet, avoid heavy work with that hand.. If the problem is persistent, you can get one MRI of wrist joint to find out the possible cause..
