I am afraid and start to get panic attac
4 years ago i did something wrong i had unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor (16) now that more and more people are finding out i am thinking about suicide and having panic attacks. Not sleeping well. Tried afew weeks ago to hurt myself but couldn't go through with it
