I am an HIV positive guy
I am found to be HiV + 6 years ago. Not on any medication. My problem: I found black spots on my soft tissue of my penus( under the foreskin). It's below the crown/head of the penus. Not itchy, no pain but it's kind of inflammation (I guess), as it's not flat. It's spreading now so I am worried Consulted a urologist few months back, all the information got from him is that, it's bcoz of blood clot( I doubt as its getting more) What to do? Reason for not going to experts?: No matter how modern we get but still people have a hesitation to + People. All they think is mainly it's caused by unsafe sex. I was found to be + when I was 27. No Girl friends,  no hardcore sex etc. Cause may be of anything but I had to face all these humiliation. My Bad, so keeping all that aside wanna be alive for somemore time. Kindly suggest me what best I can do with this problem( I mean the dark patches) Thanks and have a wonderful day
