I am contraceptive , want to plan now
I have been on contrapceptive pills for 3 years and I intend to stop in the next 3 months and plan for pregnancy. I took pills bcoz i have pcod. So should I try straight away after stopping? Also do doctors get to know that the person was on pills?

Yes. You can try straight away after stopping the pills. Have a preconception check before you start trying. A doctor cannot make out whether you were on pills unless the ovaries are very much suppressed.
Next Steps
Since you are a case of PCOD; there is a possibility that you may not ovulate ; check for Ovulation with Ovulation strips or ultrasound monitoring once you start planning for pregnancy.
