I am diagnosed as diabetic today
I am feeling very much fear my age is just 31 but am attacked by the dangerous evil disease called diabetes.

Nowadays, a lot of youngsters are being diagnosed as diabetic unfortunately. It is due to a combination of genetics and lifestyle factors. A change in lifestyle and regular medicine intake should be ensured. If you are overweight, weight loss will help a lot. But it should be according to your doctors advice. Sudden diet and weight loss is not advisable.
