Hi there.this is Dr Satya Kiran ENT Surgeon and Cochlear implant surgeon from Hyderabad.
Don't take consultation from Dr Google. The diagnosis made of fluid behind ear drum is called otitis media with effusion or glue ear or serious otitis media. Needs grommet insertions if not relieved by nasal medication.
Noting is to be instilled into ear in such cases
