I am tensed and worried and sometimes i feels i cannot do anything and drop out the semester exam... thought this is not new previously i had been also this... i feel disturbed sometimes in night as well and what is more important is that although being troubled i dont feel like to get up and do my work... i keep lying in my bed... or sometimes listen to music or chat to friends
Though m not self harmed bt i get thoughts tja something bad should happen to me so that further assignments are avoided.
M n not able to eat properly sometimes as it feels full.
I often go on comparison between my previous and current college and feel like why did i come here i will not be able to do anything here i shouls have stayed there only and continued comming here is a mistake and next movement i think of the time money and the course which is important and that gives me more anxiety.
I m even not able to concentrate and study i keep ready the same things yet don't feel like i have learned.
