I am facing vommiting for several years. When I accidentally fall on surface from my terrace I am facing lot of vommiting what is the reason iam facing these problem.

You should get evaluated by an Internal Medicine specialist first who will examine you and then advise you investigations to evaluate the reason for vomiting.
