I am feeling fever
During last two days I am facing little bit of fever.. it's around 99-99.5°F .. feeling laziness.. have little bit of caugh.. I have taken paracetamol 2times a day for last two days.. but no remarkable improvement. Kindly assist me and prescribe medicine.
