I am feeling sudden pressure in my head.
I feel sudden pressure goes from stomach or chest to my head and feels no pain but iys like iys going to explode sometimes. Sometimes I think to much for it and it goes worse to do so. please tell me why this is happening. Regards

Hello......you should get up and go to bed at regular timing each day.. Don't have too much of coffee or tea , avoid watching TV, playing games at bed , relax do breathing exercise ,listen to some music , do exercise in morning.. Don't think too much  about  any issue. Practice yoga  and meditation..
