I am getting motion after meal
Hello Doctor,
I am getting motion after lunch and dinner sometimes breakfast also.
I am getting burp also while having meal, after meal and drinking water.
I am feeling bloating also sometimes.

Plenty of liquids like nimupani coconut water mosambi juice butter milk etc in small amount you can take PARLEY G BISUCITS two to four.. it decrease if u take one glass of water.
