I am having 3rd molar eruption
I am having third molar on the left side of my mouth and I also have swollen lymph nodes. I took blood test and my hS-CRP was 55 . Is it possible?

Take a test of HS CRP AFTER 1 MONTH AND RE-CHECK. Warm water salt gargle several times a day. T. Parasafe 650, 3 times/day for 2 days and report back. Avoid extraoral hot compression or balm application.

Hello Sir , Welcome  to Practo This is your Dentist - I went through your query, Sir and also seen the attached image. Yes, absolutely its a Third molar eruption leading to PERICORONITIS. As per your age it should had erupted by now. If the pain was the first time ,medications can help you ease the discomfort . In future, if the painful episode returns, it would need an extraction. As it should be out by now, suspecting a partial impaction - Tab  Clavum 625mg 1 tab bd x 5 days - Tab Zerodol SP 1 tab bd x 5 days - Cap Pan D 1 Cap bd before meal x 5 days - Betadine mouthwash ,gargle in lukewarm water 2-3 times a day.
