I am having issue with the periods.
My periods missing from last 4Months. I am married and I also checked with pragnancy check but it says it is nagative. Very confused with it.

Missed periods or delayed periods could be due to a lot of reasons including pregnancy , medications , thyroid disorders , hormonal imbalance , pcos , ovarian cysts etc.
