I am having jointpain in hip on leftside
I have being experiencing pain at my hipp joint. I was just standing up from sofa. First i fell like muscle pull but now it is continue pain while normal walking. I can jump at one place but cannot twist or move leg to transverse direction. Pls suggest solution.

And follow their guideline also.it can be anything in this age.
