I am having severe stomach pain
I am having severe stomach pain with vomitings and motions from yesterday I took gastric tablet as well but it doesn't work pls help me to cure this

Take a tab drotin plus for now Also take a Tab pan-d 40mg once a day Once the pain settles get a USG abdomen and pelvis Review with report Consult online for further management
