Sorry to hear about your situation.
Relationships can become complicated for various reasons and if problems persist, they can affect an individual's psychological health. Thus the original problem might only escalate to the point of no return.
Hence it is important to have your psychological health assessed and appropriate treatment obtained from a Psychiatrist. It would be prudent not to make any life changing decisions despite having a tough time.
Subsequently you might want to consider speaking to marriage counselor as advised by my colleague.
