Hello.... You are just 20..at this age overdoing sex is not good for body ..and don't take any medicines for energy... Divert your mind in some other activities.... Have only nutritious food increase your weight ,join gymnasium.. Have egg daily... Non vegetarian foods like fish, chicken , Milk and milk products....
