I am suffering from acne since 5 years
I've suffering from acne issues since 5 years .. I consulted many doctors ... Their treatment works only when I take medicines , gels n whatever they told me to use ... Bt once I stopped eating those medicines those pimples again occurs.... Some of the doctor suggested me to go to a gynecologist ... As I told them about my irregular periods .. but I am afraid of going to an gynecologist ... I mean it's kinda awkward. And also I don't know any good gynecologist in my city (Pune) .. its a new city for me. So basically I am tired of my acne now .. it's so frustrating .. and dark spots .. they don't want to leave my skin ... I need your advice plz do reply ...

If you have irregular periods then please visit an endocrinologist. They can check your problem. You may be having polycytic ovaries which can manifest as acne, hisuitism or hair growth on face, obesity and hair loss on scalp. Acne which is recurrent can be a sign of pcod. I can also write these tests for you if you send me all history though private chat. If we diagnose pcod, we can treat it following which your acne may be controlled.
