Please It is curable Do following..... Wake up early go for morning walk in greenery daily with relaxed mind Do yogasanas and pranayam daily Take salads and fruits more Take water by sipping just like tea every time Drink 400 ml water, in the morning on empty stomach before brush Drink water 1 hr after food Keep 2hrs gap between dinner and sleep Take Bhunimbadi kadha by sandu pharma 20 ml Twice a day for 6 weeks Tab yastimadhu by Himalaya 1 1 Reconsult after 15 days
