Hello this Papi won’t go so easily you need to get it checked with the dentist ASAP also don’t take many pain killers it will give stomach problems in long term

Take tab doxycycline 6tablets 2times a day for 3 days. Eterocoxib p 9 tablets 3 times a day for 3 days.dont take any hot stuff. Rinse with Luke warm salt water as much as possible
