Please try to find the reason behind the piles... is it due to standing for long hours or due to hard stools... constipation, is there any swelling there??

Avoid Spicy oily fried food, Stop nonveg
Take sitz bath in warm water with Alum powder added to it every morning for 10mins.
At bedtime take a cup of warm water or milk with a spoon of ghee added to it....
