Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
There is a myth that chewing gum if once swallowed stayes in your stomach for about 7 years. But as i said its a myth.
You dont have to do anything. Just have a high fiber diet and drink plenty of fluids.
It will be fine.
Nothing will happen.
