I believe that I am a sexual sadist.
I am an eighteen years old female and I believe that I am a sexual sadist. I started having sexual urges from a very young age and about a year back I discovered that I get aroused and orgasm when I fantasize about someone getting humiliated or seriously injured or even death. I am not exactly worried about it since I know for a fact that I would never actually hurt someone like I have never even killed an ant and I just want to know what is wrong with me and if I should seek help?

As long as you don't hurt yourself or others, it is okay to fantasise. If you feel your fantasy is getting in the way of your life, you will need to see a sex therapist.
